ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANTS - (30 POSTS)
Duty Station: Arusha, Dar es Salaam, Rukwa, Shinyanga, Tabora, Pwani,
Dodoma, Iringa, Njombe, Kagera, Kigoma, Kilimanjaro, Lindi, Manyara,
Mara, Mbeya, Songwe, Morogoro, Mtwara, Mwanza, Geita, Katavi, Ruvuma,
Simiyu, Singida, Tanga and Tarura Headquarter
Education/Professional Qualifications:-
i. A National Form IV/VI certificate;
ii. Holder of Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from
recognized Institutions or module D issued by NBAA or equivalent
accounting qualification.
iii. Fluent in both Kiswahili and English
iv. Must be Tanzanian Citizen
Work Experience: Atleast 2 years in related field.
Age Limit: Not above 45 years of Age
Salary: According to TARURA interim scale
Duties and Responsibilities:
i. To prepare financial statements;
ii. To prepare bank reconciliation statements;
iii. To prepare salaries and wages reports;
iv. To maintain fixed assets register and ensure that is up to date
v. To prepare age analysis reports;
vi. To maintain staff imprest records and retirements;
vii. To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
