NAFASI YA KAZI PRODUCTION MANAGER – TP LABEL
We are well reputed label based company located in DAR Es Salaam
The candidate must have 7+years diversification management skills in busy
Label flexographic presses including practical experience
in equipment operations. The position is reasonable for ensuring the
timely production of high quality labels to customer specification and
supervise, coordinate, plan and control production operations in
multiple-shift facility. If you possess the following traits send your

i. Must have ample hands- on experience in flexography [printing process
ii. Responsible for the overall operations of the facility in manner which supports the company quality, efficient and cost objectives
iii. Implement, improves and maintain production policies & procedure materials usage shipping & receiving capacity planning production scheduling ensure high level customers satisfaction
iv. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company core business
v. Demonstrated track record of flexographic management excellence
vi. Strong planning and cost effective skills
vii. Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
viii. Review all plant purchase orders and prove if necessary
ix. Use daily operating reports and metrics to continually improve productivity
x. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
xi. Must be accessible after typical work hours as needed
xii. Oversee employee productivity and continuously improvement
xiii. Results oriented
